Product Description
This unit, a three-layer co-extruding film blowing machine unit for polyolefin of heat shrink films (POF), is independently developed on the basis of foreign advanced technologies. It is a second forming machine unit for polyolefin of heat shrink films (POF). It integrates technologies such as three-layer co-extruding conical surface overlying die, infrared heating system, adjustable thermal controller, infrared temperature testing system, tension controller, and lower revolving rolling.
This unit is used for manufacturing heat shrink films like PP/PP/PP-structured POF. It is characterized by high transparency, lower temperature resistance, durability in mixing and shrinking, and high shrinkage rate. These heat shrink films are environment-friendly and usually used for heat-shrinkable packaging involved in the products such as daily foods, beverage or drinks, medicine, video products.
